You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Use automated means to access the Service without our express permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
3.3 Content Guidelines
When using our AI generation tools, you agree to:
Only generate content featuring real individuals if you have their explicit consent
Not create content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors
Not generate content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred
Comply with all applicable advertising standards and regulations when creating commercial content
4. Credits and Payments
4.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to access certain features and generate content. Credit costs vary based on the type and complexity of the generation.
4.2 Purchases
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
4.3 Subscription Plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RoasOS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 Generated Content
Subject to these Terms and your compliance with applicable laws:
You own the Generated Content you create using the Service
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Generated Content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights
We retain no ownership rights to your Generated Content, but we may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our Service
5.4 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to you.
6. Third-Party Services
6.1 AI Model Providers
The Service utilizes third-party AI models and services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
6.2 Competitor Monitoring
The competitor monitoring feature allows you to track publicly available content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this feature complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the platforms being monitored.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

8.3 AI Limitations
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROASOS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoasOS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Any content you upload or generate through the Service
11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoasOS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoasOS regarding the Service.
